Hendrikson DGE is a migraine friendly workplace. Migraine is one of the most common types of headaches – almost one out of every five people in Estonia is suffering from it.
The Migraine Friendly Workplace badge has been given out since 2022 by European Migraine and Headache Alliance (EMHA). In November 2023, Hendrikson DGE was awarded the Migraine Friendly Workplace badge, being the first company in Estonia to achieve this accolade.
The goal of the „Migraine Friendly Workplace“ project is to raise awareness of migraines as a disease, how it has a daily impact on employees and how to improve the working environment to avoid migraine triggers.
