These privacy terms describe how OÜ Hendrikson & Ko (hereinafter “we”) process personal data on the website dge.ee (hereinafter “the website”) and how we use cookies. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian law.

Definitions
Visitor – a person who visits the website or submits data to us (e.g. fills in a form).

Personal data – information relating to an identified or identifiable person (e.g. name, email, phone).

Processing – any operation performed on personal data (collection, storage, transfer, deletion, etc.).

Data Processed and Methods of Collection
We process data primarily in the following cases:

  • Inquiry and quotation forms (WPForms/Gravity Forms): name, email, phone, message content.

  • Email and communication: email exchanges with partners/clients (including billing information for service provision).

  • Website usage statistics: page views, device/information in anonymised form. Statistical cookies are loaded only with consent.

  • Web services and content: Google Maps, YouTube, Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA – loaded according to the cookie consent given.

  • Billing/accounting: invoice and contracting partner data as required by law.

Purposes of Processing
We use website visitor data only for the following purposes:

  • responding to visitor inquiries, preparing quotations and providing services;

  • managing billing and accounting;

Retention Periods

  • Inquiries and communication: up to 2 years after the last contact or until the end of the dispute period;

  • Contracts and billing: up to 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act;

  • Statistics: according to the cookie policy or until consent is withdrawn.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above or until the legally required period expires.

Security
We implement organisational and technical measures (access restrictions, logging, backups). Access is granted only to authorised persons according to their work duties.

Your Rights
You have the right to:

  • receive information and access your data;

  • rectify inaccurate data;

  • request deletion or restriction of processing;

  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;

  • withdraw consent (e.g. for statistics/marketing);

  • request data portability where technically feasible.
