Hendrikson & Ko has been my second home for the past 25 years. It sounds like a long time but thanks to interesting work it has flown by. What keeps me in Hendrikson & Ko are the diverse projects and the possibility to find out the newest developments in for example aquaculture or in oil shale ash processing while working with these projects. And of course our people who are both practical and friendly. While dealing with spatial planning it is essential to have a strong cohesive team.
I started spatial environment planning consulting during my geography studies in University of Tartu where I also defended my doctoral thesis. I am still connected with the university as I am a guest lecturer at the Geography Department. I am also involved in Estonian Association of Spatial Planners
I tend to spend my free time browsing through spatial planning literature or getting familiar with other countries planning experiences. But I also like to travel and there are times when I enjoy going to spots clubs.
