Nationwide, county and thematic spatial plans have been a service of Hendrikson & Ko for decades. We have prepared long-term strategic spatial development documents for various regions of Estonia, dealing with all tasks required by law as well as more specialised topics.
Our broad-based expert knowledge and extensive network of cooperation partners enable us to undertake spatial planning of complex topics. As one of the most recent large-scale works, we prepared the Estonian Maritime Spatial Plan, which was adopted in 2022.
